What Are The Best Carb Blockers – A 2015 Review

When you’re trying to lose weight, there are several supplements that claims to make the dieting easier. You have starch blockers (also known as carbohydrate blockers) and “fat burners” which are said to increase your metabolism and help you burn more fat. Overview of The Best Weight Loss Supplements 2015

With all the different diet products and supplements on the market today, it’s easy to get confused. All the products claim that they’ll make you lose weight, but at the same time they are totally different.

I’ve written reviews on some of the more popular diet products here earlier, but today I’d like to zoom out and look at the market from a birds-view. There are plenty of reviews online for diet and weight loss products, and I hope that this and similar articles, along with my reviews referenced here will make the buying decision easier for you.

Pure Raspberry Ketone

Raspberry Ketone is a herbal supplement said to help you lose weight. The product has been showcased on numerous TV shows, like Dr. OZ.

The name of the product pretty much sums it up. It’s based on raspberries. The chemical compound raspberry ketone is the part of the raspberry responsible for it’s nice aroma. It is also found in smaller amounts in some perfumes, and in aromatic products.

Natural raspberry ketone is expensive, and it’s therefore not commonly used in natural form in perfumes. Instead they use a synthetic variant, which isn’t nearly as good nor powerful. Some of the cheaper variants of Raspberry ketone supplements are also using synthetics — and then the whole point is gone.

Garcinia Cambogia

This word has been on everybody’s lips the last few years. Garcinia Cambogia is a natural fruit, better known in science as Garcinia gummi-gutta. It’s a natural fat burner, and several people and reviewers have reported good results from using it in combination with modifying their diet.

It’s important to point out that non of these products will work very well in isolation. They are called supplements for a reason! For the best effect, you should combine them with exercise and lower your calories. However, they are perfect as a kick-start, or to get more out of your diet.

Let’s say that you’re going on a holiday, or you’re a bit late on your way to lose weight before the summer. These supplements will make it easier, and thanks to appetite curbing effects and a decrease in sugar-cravings, it makes your diet easier.

White Kidney Bean Extract

My Experience With White Kidney Bean Extract — Reviews and Results

I recently tested this product, as a part of my review-series here on this blog. I tested kidney bean extract (from here) over a period of one month, and noted down any changes, and experiences such as side-effects and appetite.

The side effect most often reported is minor bloating, gas, and diarrhea. This is caused by the increased and extra fermentation of carbohydrates. It has also been reported to experience constipation. All side effects disappear after several days of consistent usage.
